Biometric login

Your login token (refresh token) is stored encrypted in your device's secure enclave (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore), protected by your biometrics: Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint. No biometric data is ever transmitted to Groople: only your device verifies your identity locally.
Two options: accept the opt-in dialog that appears after your first login, or go to Profile > Security in the mobile app and toggle Biometric login on.
Open the mobile app, go to Profile > Security and toggle Biometric login off. The encrypted credentials are immediately removed from your device's secure enclave.
No, biometric login is only available on the iOS and Android mobile app for now. On web, keep using your email and password.
Biometrics are bound locally to your device (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). On a new device, log in once with your email and password, then re-enable biometric login from Profile > Security.
Encrypted credentials are automatically removed with the app. Next time you reinstall, log in with email and password then re-enable biometrics.
